PUMP INSTALLATION AND APPLICATIONS

These pumps are designed for lifting clean or very dirty water

THEY ARE PARTICULARLY SUITED FOR HEAVY DUTY DOMESTIC AND PROFESSIONAL USE:

• EMPTYING FLOODED BASEMENTS, GARAGES etc.
• DRAINAGE AND OTHER INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
• DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE EFFLUENT WATER FROM SEPTIC TANKS.
  

These pumps are easy to install and dependable when used in fixed automatic installations.

A purpose built sump is recommended for fixed installations (minimum dimensions 500 x 500 x 500 mm) to provide total drainage and allow correct operation of the float switch. The adjustable float switch is supplied as standard on single phase models and automatically starts the pump when the fluid reaches a preset level, stopping it once the fluid has been emptied.

Installing a suitable non- return valve on the delivery pipe prevents reverse flow when the pump stops.

• Cast iron PUMP BODY, with UNI ISO 228/1 1½ inch gas threaded discharge port
• AISI 304 stainless steel MOTOR COVER.
• General Electric Noryl GFN2V technopolymer open IMPELLER
• AISI 430F stainless steel MOTOR SHAFT.
• MECHANICAL SEAL SYSTEM ceramic - graphite - NBR.
• Sealed induction MOTOR: with double impregnated class F winding (ensuring extended motor life and wide range of use), designed for continuous duty, even with the pump partially submerged (min. 190mm). A thermal cutout device (motor protector) is incorporated in single phase models.
• PROTECTION IP 68.
• Neoprene “HO7 RN-F” submersible SUPPLY CABLE (10 metres standard).
